ocupar hasta con 3 Pers.

Octubre - Abril desde 60.- € / Mayo - Septiembre desde 42.- €

Die Ferienwohnungen in der Hafenanlage sind alle

ziemlich gleich zumindest was Raumaufteilung

betrifft. Aber da fast jedes Appartement einen anderen

Eigentümer hat unterscheiden sich die Appartements

In Einrichtung und Zustand ( Bei Reservierung einzeln

abrufbar über unser Punktesystem).

Einige haben eine Amerikanische Wohnkueche

aber die meisten eine kleine seperate Kueche mit einer

kleinen Essecke. Fuer die evt. 3 te Person gibt es ein

Sofabett im Wohnzimmer.

Appartements am Fischerhafen Typ I :

Mit Blick ueber den Fischerhafen aufs Meer,

Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Kueche, Bad

und Dachterrasse oder Gartenterrasse.

Los Apartamentos Tipo II en el Puerto, construidos en

1985 se componen de un segundo dormitorio y

dos baños, salón con T.V., cocina, balcón

y azotea. Estos Apartamentos en general

tienen 4 camas mas 1 extra

Octubre - Abril desde 90.- €

Mayo - Septiembre desde 70.- €

Das größere Schlafzimmer hat ein integriertes

Badezimmer und dann gibt es noch ein zweites

Bad für das kleine Schlafzimmer und der evt.

5 ten Pers. die im Wohnzimmer schlafen kann.

Die Dachterrasse hat die gleiche Fläche wie das

Appartement man hat also gute 75 qm für das

Sonnenbad. Außerdem liegen diese

Ferienwohnungen fast immer in erster Reihe zum

Yacht- oder Fischerhafen so das man einen

wunderschönen Ausblick auf den selben hat.
